It is a way to relax, spend more time in silence, away from the busyness and noise of everyday modern life. It is a way to recharge ourselves, regenerate, purify, and create moments for reflection and to be more in tune with ourselves (our True Self).
These moments will transform us and help us relate better and more easily to life as a whole: the world around us, work, personal life, ourselves, and everyone else; with greater awareness and inner calm - bringing yoga into our daily life.
If you decide to participate in the Teacher Training Program - PREMA KRIYA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM - it will give you the opportunity to study yoga comprehensively - making you comfortable to build a daily practice/meditation for yourself at home and it will also give you the confidence to start sharing these sacred teachings with your friends, family, and community.

Come and participate with us in this very deep inner journey! It will be an unique, unforgettable, deeply transformative and therapeutic experience for the body, mind and emotions; going into the depths of the soul.
During this journey into the Self we will practice yoga with great enthusiasm, dynamism awakening the subtle energy called Kundalini Shakti – female spiritual energy, also called the “Divine Mother”; and, at the same time, maintaining steadfastness, presence and calmness in the meditative Light and Wisdom that destroys all ignorance, in the Consciousness of Shiva, or the “Heavenly Father”.
When we practice and meditate in group (sangha) intensively, we create and recreate a particular connection of Love and friendship, unforgettable.
This is an opportunity for growth and evolution, learning and deep development of our devotion and dedication to practice, to life and to return to our True Home. By the end of the course, you will have a strong and stable yoga practice – fluid and flexible.

Contribution of the training course
Prema Kriya Yoga Teacher training 250 hours with Yoga Alliance diploma:
Total: 1900.00 euros + 210.00 euros of the yoga alliance diploma.
- This value includes the entire 250-hour course, online via zoom or in presence in Tenerife; videos that will be recorded on YouTube and available only to participants; the practical-theoretical pdf handouts (+400 pages) that will be sent via email to the participants and the 250 hours yoga and meditation teacher diploma issued by the Prema Kriya Yoga school internationally recognized by the yoga alliance.
- I will also be available individually for any clarifications and exchange of ideas throughout the course.
